We always stop at the Blue Parrot a few times during our yearly visit to SGI and the food always hits the spot! During our most recent lunch visit, I got the crab cake sandwich and my husband had the blackened tuna BLT and both were fantastic. Strawberry daiquiri for him and pina coloda for me (and virgin pina coloda for our daughter) and it officially felt like vacation. Big thanks to Tara for the wonderful hospitality!

This place is by far the best place on this island! Great atmosphere with the decor and vibe. Our server was fun and friendly. The food was delicious!!! I ordered the seafood platter, which was supposed to be for 2, but finished the whole thing myself. Choose blackened, you will thank me later. The burger was huge! The food tasted fresh and full of flavors! We were disappointed with the onion rings because the batter was not that good. However, everything else was delicious! Overall, this place is definitely worth checking out. We would come here again.

I ordered Blackened Mahi Mahi tacos with onion rings. I wasn't familiar with the Thai Chili sauce, so waitress brought me that and ranch. With the Thai Chili sauce, these were the best fish tacos I've ever had! They were delicious. My friend ordered peel & eat shrimp with fries. She didn't think the shrimp was cooked correct, but I don't eat shrimp, so I can't say that from my experience. We got to sit outside, next to the beach, that was a wonderful view.

Beautiful location, and great food! Had the Blackened Tuna BLT. Holy cow!! Loved it! It’s my new favorite. Also had fries, crinkle cut and hot. Overall a wonderful meal! Service was also excellent and on time. Can’t wait for the next trip down this way.

Best crab cakes I have ever had. We are here twice during our stay because we could not get enough of the crab cakes. The staff were friendly and it was a great atmosphere. We had our little dog so we are on the patio. The weather was beautiful and the patio was pleasant.

Great Beach bar & restaurant. 3 different seating areas all on the St George beach. Outdoor seating had wonderful constant seabreeze. Had midday appetizers & the Sandblaster, a delicious drink with frozen Mango, Blackberry & lime flavors & 151 floater. Liked it so much I came back the next day for another with dinner. My wife had one also. If U R in St George, you shouldn't miss the Blue Parrot!

Such a lovely place. We stopped by for lunch before our check in time. I ordered the fried oyster basket, my bf ordered the popcorn shrimp basket. The service was quick! I think we waited barely 10 for our food. The portions were hefty. For a deep fry, the shrimp and oysters were cooked perfectly, juicy and tender, not chewy! And the seasonings were on point.. My favorite part, Hazel was able to join us and they provided a water boil. here she is living her best life.

This is our first time in St George Island and Blue Parrot came highly recommended. We had a party of 13 and they were able to seat us all together. The atmosphere and service were both great! Everyone's food was delicious... From appetizers like tuna dip and baked oysters to entrees like fried oysters, blackened scallops, fish tacos. Everyone was very happy with their food.
